Pn17 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using pn17's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the pn17 platform, including visitors, registered members, and content contributors.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the pn17 platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the pn17 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pn17 as the platform operator. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. Users who are under the stipulated age limit are not permitted to register or use any pn17 services.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on pn17. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any refund.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. pn17 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat.
The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. pn17 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal or in situations that require additional verification. Users who provide false information may face action, including account closure.
You are responsible for ensuring that all activity carried out under your account is lawful and authorised by you. pn17 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the pn17 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). pn17 offers a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods, including FPX, local bank transfers, and approved digital wallets for Malaysian users.
Deposit Conditions
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed on the deposit page during the transaction process. All deposits are processed within the timeframe set by the respective payment provider. pn17 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the name of the registered user. pn17 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal for security and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days depending on the method selected.
Promotions & Bonuses
All bonuses and promotions offered by pn17, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated alongside the offer. Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met. pn17 reserves the right to cancel any bonus in the event of abuse or any attempt to circumvent the conditions set.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
As a pn17 user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful and responsible purposes. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat game outcomes by any means
- Sharing an account or selling account access to another party
- Engaging in money laundering or transferring illegal funds through the platform
- Disrupting the platform's technical operations or attempting to gain unauthorised access
- Using a false identity or third-party information during registration
- Abusing the customer support system with unfounded claims
Pn17 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including placing a hold on funds in any account under investigation until the review is complete.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Pn17 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of wagered funds, service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised actions by third parties. The pn17 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pn17 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of pn17 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from pn17.
Third-Party Links
The pn17 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, game software suppliers, and support platforms. pn17 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Pn17 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, a request from a competent authority, or at pn17's sole discretion for security and platform integrity reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, pn17 is under no obligation to refund any remaining balance in that account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to These Terms
Pn17 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page with an updated revision date.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any disputes relating to the pn17 platform.
